Now I’m not prepared to wear the orange lycra unless you’re prepared to sponsor me a ridiculous amount of money apart from the fact I don’t actually own any, do you? Further, although we have enjoyed a glorious indian summer the chances of us performing on the beach are pretty slim. So for your info, one sequence with the left leg followed by the sequence with right leg equals one round. I have been in training, so to speak and managed 15 rounds successfully but could barely move the following day. If you’d like to sponsor me 10p a round (or more) I hope to do 40 rounds on Sunday 15th November at the TYA’s Surya Namaskar-athon.  I am willing to consider sponsorship for how many days I won’t be able to move afterwards!
