(inside & outside weather permitting)

Kids welcome from 2pm!

£5.00 entry – kids are free
Sessions include
T’ai Chi / Chi Qung
Voice Over toning
Yoga
Drumming and Bio Energy Shaking Meditation(TBC)
Food and drinks available.
Breads, cookies and cakes to buy.
For the kids – yoga, free dance, face painting(£1) and ice cream!
(paddling pool, tents and games)
Prayer ribbons to hang on the tree for Haiti and loved ones.

It was a
Truly wonderful day and for me represented the
actualisation of an idea I had had (well, been
given) over the weekend following the tragedy in
My heart had been so touched
by what I saw on the TV, I just wanted to do
something and like most I felt pretty helpless
and useless. But as the days went by a thought
developed in my mind and it was this,
-
I have skills and I have contacts -
-
there is something I can do and so I did.
We raised
£225.
My heartfelt thanks goes out
to all those who supported this day with not
just their money but their presence.
My hopes for
this money.
I am in no rush.
Then I will feel I have played
my part and honoured this whole process which I
know is being repeated over and over through
many others doing great things, not just myself
and at the heart of which, is giving itself
which is humanity personified.
So watch this
