treatment combines massage techniques with hot
stones and crystals.
The heat from the stones is used to release tension and stress that may be held in the muscles and promotes deep relaxation in the the body.
The stones may be placed on our around the body and are also used to massage the body. Crystals are also utilised to balance and energise the chakra system.
When
you relax the body you relax the mind and this
treatment offers you the opportunity to ' let
go' completely.
